Why I ask about your budget:
I understand you don’t want to tell me your budget because you’re afraid I’ll increase my estimate. Rest assured, that’s not how I work. I want to earn your business and your trust for the long run. So I ask about your budget for two reasons. First, to make sure I can provide the strategy and content you need within your budget. And second, to help you maximize the return you’re looking for. If you’ve got extra, I’ll share some ideas about how you can use it to magnify your results.
What else should you know?
A 50% deposit is required before I start your project. If you choose to cancel a scheduled project, you’ll get a 50% refund of your deposit. Once I start working on your project, the deposit is not refundable.
I schedule projects 2-3 weeks in advance, so rush jobs or quick turn projects aren’t always possible. But if you have an emergency and need help NOW, please ask. I may be able to shuffle a few things around (there is a rush fee for this quick-turn service).
